Our home office is located in Louisville, KY with an affiliate office in Alpharetta, Georgia. Both offices are full service locations. Our office locations enable us to provide services to the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Southern Indiana and the city of and surrounding areas of Atlanta, Georgia. We work side-by-side with individuals, brokers, lenders and Real Estate agents in each of the previously mentioned locales.

We run titles, conduct closings and are fully licensed in both commercial and residential property closings. In order to help ensure the most professional closing experience we carry special Errors and Omissions Insurance. We work fully with more than 50 lenders nationwide.
